Four ways into Canadian PR. We pick the one you win.

Each pathway has its own profile. Your exact target is set after we score you. CRS cutoffs move with every draw, so we keep those to the consultation rather than print a number that expires.

How residency filing actually works

The four work streams that win residency.

A permanent residency file isn’t one application. It’s a coordinated set of credentials, language tests, nominations, and submissions — each on its own clock.

01·A / 04Profile & Credentials

Most refusals happen at the credential-equivalency stage, not at the immigration officer’s desk. We start there.

Profile & Credentials

Foreign credentials, ECAs, and skills assessments each take 4–12 weeks to clear.

How a Canadian PR file gets built

Four work streams, sequenced to overlap, not stack.

Credentials & language

Educational Credential Assessment, plus IELTS General, CELPIP, or TEF, sequenced so the assessments overlap rather than queue behind each other.

Profile & strategy

Your Express Entry profile is created and the provincial streams you qualify for are identified, then filed together so no window is missed.

Nomination & invitation

A provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points and effectively guarantees an invitation; the complete PR application is prepared so it is ready the day the invitation lands.

PR & landing

Final documents, landing logistics, and the path to citizenship mapped from day one, on the same case file.

Honest answers

The questions that decide your PR strategy.

  • Not necessarily. A provincial nomination adds 600 points and effectively guarantees an invitation; a category-based draw (for healthcare, trades, French speakers, and others) can select profiles below the general cutoff; and a qualifying job offer can lift your ranking. We assess all three before filing.

  • It depends on the stream. A complete Express Entry application is processed faster than a provincial-nominee file, which adds the nomination step first. Because timelines shift, we check the current IRCC processing standard for your exact stream before committing to a plan.

  • Yes, and most clients do. You can build Canadian Experience Class hours on a post-graduation or employer work permit while your Express Entry profile is active, and we bridge any status gap with a bridging open work permit during processing.

  • Yes, if it maps to a skilled (TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) occupation. We match your duties to the official NOC description and obtain reference letters in the format IRCC expects, which is the most common place self-filed applications lose points.

  • We are directly licensed in both. In Alberta we file across the AAIP worker streams; in Saskatchewan we file SINP Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand. We also file federal Express Entry and the other provincial programs.
